The *.key file is a HEX decimal file which contains the unique disc key. The most important part is the *.key file, each game has a unique disc key, without it, you will not be able to decrypt the WUD file.Where " game" is the file name of your WUD file, for simplicity sake, just rename the WUD file to " game.wud".Below is the command line you need to use: Then you need to decompress the WUD file using a app called " DiscU_4.1b", google is your friend.You need to decompress your WUX file back to WUD file using WUD Compress tool, which can be found HERE.Without getting into the step by step process, this is a manually driven process, since you have a WUX file, which is a compressed WUD file, below is the run down as to what you need to do: I have not used jWUDTool before so I can't comment if it's an easier to use or not, but below is how I used to extract/decrypt WUD files. ![]()
